. All websites are uniquely tailored to your needs and that of your business. Therefore, all fees are based on the amount of content and graphics/photos contained within your website. Also taken into consideration is the original format in which content is provided. (Handwritten or typed notes versus emailed text, digital photos versus photos that need scanned or unusual document formats such as Corel, MS Works, etc.) Sites are also priced by considering the total amount of editing, design and layout needed. We also consider bandwidth and storage issues for websites that contain a lot of streaming video, music or large photo or image galleries.

*Sub-Domain packages are the least expensive way to have your website hosted, and save you the $5.99 annual domain name registration fee as well. This option would save you $41.99 per year over a hosting plan with your own domain name. If you are operating on a limited budget, and want to save as much as possible, then you might consider this hosting plan. Almost all of our customers look to the benefits of owning an independent domain name, which provides you with a unique and easily remembered identity. For example, a company that specializes in home repairs would typically prefer having a website address like www.homerepairs.com versus www.sierraconnection.com/homerepairs .

Payments and Invoices, Determining Final Costs .Your initial consultation is free. After learning about your business and your particular website requirements, we will send you an invoice for your website design fees, domain registration fee, and annual hosting fees. A deposit of one half of the total fees is required. We will then construct a website draft for your review. On approval of draft, we will complete the development of your site. Balance of website fees will be due within 30 days of completion and final approval of your website. .

Website Maintenance Fees:.Sierra Connection offers website maintenance and updating at a rate of $65/hour, pro-rated in quarter hours. This means that if an updating task takes 15 minutes or less, the actual charge to you will be $16.25 Minimum maintenance fee. If you anticipate frequent updates, you may pre purchase design time in one hour blocks, at the discounted price of $55.00 per hour. (This is a savings of $10 per hour.) We bill on a monthly basis for all maintenance, and services are payable within 30 days. .We offer a quick turnaround on website updates. Updates are usually completed within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends) Having us maintain your website provides you with the time needed to run your business/organization instead of spending numerous hours learning how to maintain your site.

E-Commerce Pac - Online Ordering, Web Marketing Solutions - Priced Individually (according to your choices)

E-Commerce can be achieved by simple use of an online ordering via form, allowing customers to send you an order form which arrives to you via email. In this case you would correspond with the customer and handle the purchase and shipment manually. The next step would be to open either an e-Bay store or Yahoo store, which automates the ordering process, accepting an online payment from the customer, and delivering the customers order to your email for fulfillment. Lastly, if you have a lot of items for sale, and anticipate large amounts of sales and traffic, then a full e-commerce solution including shopping cart, payment authorization, delivery and shipping management systems would be your best option. Monthly fees shown above are for accounts which are paid one year in advance. All accounts are initially billed for one full year services payment in advance. You can arrange to make payments monthly, quarterly, or twice annually, however, additional service fees may apply.

SETUP FEES - DOMAIN NAME OWNERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setup fees are a one-time only charge. After we register your domain, you are then the sole owner of that domain. We will automatically renew your domain for you every year. The renewal fee is $5.99 per year.

ADDITIONAL EMAIL ADDRESSES:

All accounts include 2 Pop3 Email address free of charge. Extra e-mail addresses are available for $3.00 per month each.

FTP UPLOAD ACCOUNT OPTIONS:

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) allows you to regularly edit, make changes, and generally maintain your own website as you wish. A web page editor is used to make the changes, and FTP software sends your updated information to our server. All FTP users will need software to edit web pages and to do the FTP uploads. Contact services@sierraconnection.com for software recommendations. FTP access is included for free. Sierra Connection assists with initial setup of the FTP client software, but no software support is provided. We do not offer training in website design or page editing.

LATE FEES:

Payment must be received by due date on invoice or a penalty of $5.00 will be charged per week that payment is delinquent. Service may also be discontinued until payment is received. We are willing to work with you if any extenuating circumstances arise.
